Refund policy

**Returns and Exchanges**  
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

**Refund Policy – Defective Items Only**  
We offer a 5-day refund period starting from the date you receive the product, solely for items that arrive irreparably damaged or defective.  

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt at instagifshirts@gmail.com and provide clear photographic evidence demonstrating that the item is damaged beyond repair. Refunds will not be issued for items in usable condition, even if dissatisfaction exists. Requests lacking sufficient proof of irreparable damage will be denied.  

**Damages and Issues**  
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly at instagifshirts@gmail.com if the item arrives defective or damaged, including photographic documentation, so we can assess and address the matter.  

**Non-Refundable Items**  
Refunds are not available for sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, or any other non-defective items.  

**Refunds Process**  
If a refund is approved following review of submitted evidence, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
